ride shots
i just tried ride shots for the first time today - wow they are addictive - when you are on the bike they get you of that 'hitting the wall' feeling. cool!
Training?
Can't think about training right now, too much on the brain stress with work, house building and weddings - running keeps me sane except today when i ran my favourite trail (first time since snow has gone) and every 40m another tree had fallen so it was like a tough guy obstacle course! PowerON!
